Die Lage direkt neben dem Radisson Hotel und fußläufig in 10 Minuten zur Waterfront ist prima. Parken in der TG des Radisson mit sehr kurzem Weg zum Apartment war super. Mikel der Portier des Granger ist einmalig. Kümmert sich herzlich um alles und ist immer hilfsbereit. Kleiner Balkon mit Blick zum Ausbildungszentrum für Seenotrettung ( kaum Betrieb, sehr ruhig) und kleiner Hafen sowie Meerblick haben uns ebenfalls sehr gefallen. 2 Rotschwingenstare haben uns täglich besucht und Trauben aus der Hand gefressen. Frühstücksbuffet bei Radisson ist fantastisch und der Preis von ca. 18€ mehr als angemessen. Als Bewoner von Granger ist man gern gesehener Gast.

Leider hatten wir die erste Woche ein Problem mit starkem Kanalgeruch im Bad. Nach der 2. Reparatur war das in Ordnung. Die Austattung ist nicht ganz komplett und für das häufige load shedding fehlen Akkulampen. Bei der Reinigung sollte für die Teppiche ein Staubsauger zur Verfügung stehen und nicht nur abgekehrt werden. Die Fenster wurden nicht geputzt, sonst war die tägliche Reinigung aber in Ordnung. Die Einrichtung ist teilweise schon älter.

Towels were threadbare, too small, too few. wasn’t even a hand towel. Only one teabag provided, two toilet rolls for a 5 day stay, when Sattelite TV is advertised and there isn’t any that can really piss one off! Very lucky I had access to DSTV streaming. that was an out and out lie. The freezer was completely iced up. The toilet roll holder is busy falling off the wall. Basically as a ‘Luxury’ apartment - This isn’t!

The location was excellent and the size was enough for 2 people. The security was also very good.

Only 1 TV station (Netflix) was available to watch especially on rainy days.

Friendly and helpful security during the day. Great decor in apartment. Netflix streaming on TV. Warm apartment. Comfy couch. Nicely equipped and fitted kitchen. Easy to get where I needed to.

No security at apartments at night. Only security for Radisson Blu complex at boom gate. Uncomfortable bed with blanket that needed to be washed... Smelled stale. Glass wardrobes don't close properly and one was cracked. Cleaning stuff and storage boxes stuffed in cupboards possibly causing difficulty closing. Bathroom is at the entrance to the apartment and away from the bedroom. Shower rail missing and towel rail hanging precariously. Inconsistent crockery and cutlery numbers.... Only 2 teaspoons but more than 6 butter knives and 3 mugs but 2 bread plates, etc. Totalstay representative kept me waiting on arrival to hand over keys and do walk through, and was then unable to get to the apartment for my check out and advised me to leave keys with security. However he was courteous at all times.

It is a nice apartment, modern, a number of TV channels and lots of equipment.

The apartment only has one window in the lounge, not even in the bedroom. There is no view, you look onto a parking area. The dishwasher did not work, the aircon unit in the lounge made a terrible noise, and the basin the bathroom did not hold the water.

Excellent location however lack of view was a let down
