Big bed and good breakfast

Changed room same problem.
Infuriating with staff lying about finding solutions then letting me wait for hours and hours with no intention whatsoever of helping.

Location of the facility.
State of the facility was very poor. Staff attitude very poor. Service quality was also very poor.

Wasn’t happy during breakfast time coming from UK I loved the bread & scones but I was limited to have them during breakfast I ended up going to Pick & Pay to buy bread & them scones to that I enjoy them anytime with tea in my room.
Young waiters who are new to the job training are doing well and they deserve to be recognised especially DANIEL who was on attachment at the time

Only if they could cover the room floor with carpet n heater to warm the room when it get cold .they should improve their breakfast .not enough choice on vegetarians n fruits

1.There was no hot water for showers on the morning of Sunday 1st August. I had to take a cold shower.
2. There was no spare pressing iron that I could borrow
3. As a consequence of a.lack of hot water, my breakfast experience was affected and was poor.

The location was great being a low density suburb.
Breakfast was the same throughout our stay which was boring.
The gym was too cramy though well equipped
The noise from loud music playing during events within the hotel premises such as church services and private parties were a disturbance
