The cost was extremely good lovely bar/restaurant very attentive staff

the mattress was too hard for me the air-conditioning was VERY NOISY. - you need to upgrade either silent systems which now are very common for hotel rooms.

We got the 1 bedroom apartment as we have a 4 month old baby. They provided a baby bath tub, we brought our own travel cot. I liked that they had a laundry room that you have to pay to use, gym and free cooked breakfast in a nice cafe setting. our apartment had a kitchenette, separate living and bedroom. small dining table for 2, big bed with bathtub. it was quite spacious for Hong Kong standards. The location is about 10 min walk through the gardens into central / Lan Kwai Fung and Wyndham street, which is where all the restaurants and bars are. There’s a supermarket Fusion, about 2 mins walk and the botanical gardens under 5 mins walk away.

It’s not close to an MTR but there’s a bus that takes you there from central. I didn’t like that you had to pay to use the laundry as we’ve stayed in other serviced apartments that have free use of their laundry. We also tried to book it again but the price was double the next time we booked which wasn’t

Location, room and view are far more than we expected as the hotel had upgraded our room to a larger size with more view and light, that is the best part overall.

Really helpful and friendly staff from concierge, front desk, restaurant and housekeeping. Location is above the city centre. Easily walkable through Hong Kong Park (to Admiralty) or the Botanical Gardens (to Central). They can also provide a nespresso compatible machine and pods can be purchased from supermarket across the road. Will stay again on next visit!

The breakfast was not satisfactory (not many choices and very little amount). The service was so bad that the staff’s attitude was rude and they over-charged the accomodation fee. I will never choose this accomodation again.

The hotel was wonderful, staff very attentive and breakfast was decent. The room was spatious and I could enjoy having a pantry which is rare in HK. Thanks to all the staff in reception, concierges and cleaning ladies, all were very diligent and nice. I stayed for around 20 days and will strongly recommend to friends or family in HK. I would also choose this hotel for long stays if I need to. Much better than a serviced apartment and for a fair price.

Our stay at this aparthotel was excellent! The location is great as very close to Central and Admiralty, being on the mid level means that we have great views from the cafe and the rooms. The staff really made the place here, when we checked in Joanne was very helpful, every morning the cafe staff really made sure we had a nice time, even the cleaning attendants were great, always had a smile on their face. Really good value for what's offered by this place.

As it's on the mid-level, the walk up is quite challenging as the roads could be steep, best to take bus no.12A from Admiralty. The flat was slightly smaller than I imagined, however it was very nicely done with all the stuff we needed for our stay.

Breakfast is plain and simple with few choices, great view though.

Comfortable stay with support staff and friendly service. Room is clean with daily service, bright and spacious. Particularly love the windows looking out to Hong Kong's complex and beautiful mix of nature and buildings. Easy to get taxi at the front, or walk down through the botanical garden to Central areas in just around 10 mins which is pleasant. I always come back.

The breakfast is good but it would be better if more different choices on a daily basis.
