Everything was great at "Franklin Rooms", we had 4 rooms reserved and we can say that is one of the best places to stay in Sarande! The rooms are modern, big and clean with balcony. The room was cleaned every day and the personnel is super friendly! The location is very close to the beach and the sea view is pretty beautiful. Also, we appreciated the free underground parking! Also, another big plus is the "Restaurant California" from the upper floor which have very good food and prices.

In one room the wifi was pretty bad because was very far from the router, but in the other three rooms was working decent.

Franklin is the one of the most involved owner and manager of a hotel and thats why everything was PERFECT. Everyday the room was cleaned, the towels and bed sheets was changed everyday and as a bonus we got a parking place right in the building. The accomodation is close to some good restaurants (Atlantis and Harmony), 3 min to Mango Beach(very good for the first day or when you got one of those lazy days) close to Ksamil and 20 min by walking to the city center.

The room is cleaned daily, shiny tiles on the floor were with sandy traces of our sandals from the beach which they clean every day. Bed linen is changed every other day The boss is very kind, speaks excellent English. Parking space is in the garage, you also get a remote from the garage door

The room was cleaned everyday, but sink in kitchen and bathtube glass weren't.

Everything was new and clean, comfortable. The location was great, near a pebbles beach, quiet, not in the middle of the noise from the city center. We enjoyed our stay.
