Staff was very friendly.
Food wasn't great. Coffee was quite bad. Rooms were not cleaned even once for 3 nights stay, but cleaners woke us up twice and got in the room to remove trash while we were there. Quite useless and bizzare.

Everything good and decent! Sparking clean, smiling and good willling personal, spacious room, joyful bartenders, professional receptionists, energetic entertrainers.
Small roky beach with strange flag rules to use in a normal day, czech flavor of the cuisine, pool/beach places reservation rules not respected.

great pool areas and water slides. staff especially animation team were awesome. clean and the food was excellent. all inclusive was one of best I’ve been to.

only one lift for lots of rooms meant took ages to arrive. air con not great, room never really cooled down. rooms and balcony on the small side

The pools (5pcs) were nice and clean. This resort is right next to the beach, access all day. The bars were great and serve you lots of drinks. Apartments are super spacious and very clean. Food also amazing.

The pools were okay, the animators were nice, also the receptionists were very kind.
Very small rooms, awful food tasteless and not well cooked, in my opinion risky elevators... The price for 3 nights was 1044BGN for two people and we stayed hungry and disappointed this shouldn't be a 4 star hotel more like 2, surely won't come back again.

Beach bar & private beach zone on the sea ,nice.Respecting the rules for C19 ,masks and gloves present in the restaurant.
Nice rooms and swimming pools.
Food based on pork ,program only for locals,only in Bulgarian language.Nothing international.

The staff were really nice and the pools were great.
I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. I think that this was one of the dirtiest Hotel that I have ever stayed in. There were stains on the bedsheets, on the towels and on the curtains. The bathroom was in a pretty bad condition as well.

A very attractive resort - has its own beach (not big, but enough), 2 bars on the beach, animation, water park, good food and drinks. We liked everything, including the location - quiet, very easy to get to the center. If you are traveling by car, you can find nearby very beautiful wild beaches.
