Sehr zentral am Kudamm und U - Bahn . Restaurant gleich am Hotel.

Wir mussten sehr viele Stufen steigen..Leider war der Fahrstuhl an einem Tag kaputt .Bis zum 5.Stock hoch waren es sehr viele Stufen (60)..

Die Lage zum Ku'damm ist ideal, das Personal nett, die Zimmer vollkommen ausreichend ausgestattet und sauber, der Preis ist ausgesprochen günstig. Das Gebäude ist sehenswert.

Das Haus braucht außerhalb der Zimmer dringend eine umfassende Renovierung, das kostenlose WLAN ist echt schwach und einen Koffer über eine enge Wendeltreppe nach oben zu schaffen ist schon eine Herausforderung.

Aamiainen oli todella hyvä ja laaja valikoima. Kellon ajat oli laajat joka päivä mikä oli todella miellyttävää.

Huoneen epäsiisteys. Lattia matto oli likainen ja siitä tarttui sukkiin aina jotain vaikka oli juuri uudet sukat laittanut jalkaan. En pitänyt huoneen sijainnista koska meteli oli kamala sisäpihalla koko ajan. Siivoojat siivosivat kamalan myöhään huoneita joka stressasi. Sitten kun siivosivat eivät vaihtaneet lakanoita. Hotellissa oli muutenkin kellon ympäri kamala meteli.

This apartment building was old and beautiful, the room was very clean and comfortable. The staff was helpful whenever we needed anything. The breakfast was a massive buffet of yummy food for only 12 euros which we enjoyed every morning. As for location it was fantastic, right outside of our door was bars and restaurants and a one minute walk to the Christmas Market and the main shopping street. I will definitely stay here again

The only thing I did not like was carrying our suitcases up all of those stairs when you first come in, other than that it was perfect!

W hotelu było strasznie głośno, wszystko się niosło. Słyszałam co działo się w pokojach obok. Nie dało się spać w nocy bo nie przestrzegano ciszy nocnej. Internet nie działał.

Vielen Dank für unseren Aufenthalt im Hotel, wir waren zu dritt und haben alles sehr genossen. Wir kamen um 7 Uhr morgens an und gingen zum Hotel, um unser Gepäck abzustellen. Das Personal war super freundlich, wir bezahlten unseren Aufenthalt, ließen unsere Sachen und bekamen Frühstück angeboten. Es war möglich, um 11 Uhr einzuchecken, aber wir machten uns auf den Weg zu einem Spaziergang durch die Stadt. Das Hotelzimmer lag im 3. Stock mit Fenstern zum Innenhof. Das Bett und die Handtücher sind weiß, das Zimmer ist sauber. Es gab Tee, Kaffee, Wasserkocher. Das Frühstück war lecker und abwechslungsreich. Auch am Abreisetag haben wir unsere Sachen an der Rezeption abgegeben und sind zurückgekommen. am Abend. Es waren wunderschöne drei Tage in Berlin.

Hotel com um serviço péssimo, o homem na recepção tenta roubar nós toda vez que vamos renovar a diária, na hora de fazer o check out ele não quer devolver os 100€ de caução que deixamos ao fazer o check in, ele é mal humorado e trata as brasileiras como se fossem lixo!

Toilettet sidder alt for højt på væggen i badeværelset. Det er ikke praktisk. Personalet må gerne smile lidt mere. Receptionen er venlige, men de øvrige virker meget reserverede, ikke uvenlige men heller ikke særlig imødekommende . Stedet er meget slidt udenpå, men pænt og rent indenfor.

Stairs , If you have heavy luggage you need to lift by yourself

Just the location.

It’s old, stinks, too warm, noisy, poor breakfast, ugly decoration and unfriendly staff.

Location was good, beds were comfy and air conditioning.

The hotel has old rickety stairs to the first floor, where you then take an old lift that needs updating to the reception on the 4th floor. We were on the fifth floor, so we got to deal with a spiral staircase to our level also. Reception staff weren't very coversational with one word answers. The room was the best part as well as the location. Value for money, but not good for accessibility with suitcases or being intoxicated coming back from a night out in Berlin.

The bed was extremely comfortable, very fluffy pillows and everything was very good considering the price.

I had a big bag and needed to go up a very tight snail flight of stairs, but that was unlucky. There were also a lot of kids staying that were loud, but not the hotels fault.

the breakfast was good, the room was clean

Staff were very rude, the moment they have checked my passport and found out I was originally from Iran, they asked me for a deposit 100 Euros which they have not explained this in the message (the only deposit they explained in the message was about parking). After I have returned the key to checkout, they asked me to wait until they checked the room to see if everything was OK like I wanted to stole something. I asked the receptionist if this was the routine process and he said Yes. But while I was waiting for their process 2 people have returned their keys and receptionist did not ask them to wait for checking the room process or guests did not even asked for the deposit. Then I have found out this process was only for me.
