Der Pool ist groß, aber ein wenig heruntergekommen. Die Zimmer sind ausreichend ausgestattet.
Wir hatten über Booking zwei Zimmer mit Frühstück gebucht für 6 Personen (ein Zimmer für 1 Erwachsenen und 3 Kinder und das andere für 2 Erwachsene). Im Hotel sagte man uns, dass das Frühstück nur Typ „Americano“ war und nicht Buffet (wobei das Hotel ein großes Buffet hat) - naja. Absolut inakzeptabel war aber, dass wir über Booking für 6 Personen MIT Frühstück gebucht hatten. Das Hotel verweigerte dann aber den Kindern das Frühstück, weil das separat zu bezahlen sei (3* 187 Pesos pro Tag). Dass für Kinder kein Frühstück enthalten ist, wird einem über den gesamten Buchungsprozess nicht mitgeteilt. Er NACH Abschluss der Buchung ist es im Kleingedruckten ganz unten in der Bestätigungsmail separat angemerkt. Das hatten wir vor kostenpflichtiger Buchung weder sehen können, noch ist es nach Buchung offensichtlich. Das Hotelpersonal war absolut uneinsichtig. Für 511€/9.200 Pesos für zwei Nächte mit 6 Personen ist das Hotel damit seinen Preis absolut nicht wert.

Muy bonitas las instalaciones solo que falta más cuidado en el aspecto de limpieza pues en el buró o mesita que había entre las dos camas estaba algo sucia

The Mission de Los Angeles is a wonderful oasis in a crowded city. Lovely garden and pool. Friendly and accommodating staff makes this a very pleasant destination.

Location and price. Overall the premises were pretty. The food was good. Restaurant staff was very friendly. Bell boys went the extra mile! Super helpful and friendly!
Our bathroom was very very old. We had the “do not disturb” sign and they opened our door trying to clean it. We then told our cleaning lady not to clean, still she did it for 2 days in a row…

Quiet and peaceful location just on outskirts of Oaxaca, away from hustle and bustle of town. Just a 15 min walk into centre.
We switched rooms as I booked a basic one, and whilst more than adequate those are at back, a bit dark and away from pool. Our new poolside room was fabulous and bright! Well worth the little extra! Staff are amazing and helpful. Alejandra especially was so kind.

We liked that this hotel has a pool with restaurant and bar service on site. The rooms were spacious and the beds and AC comfortable. The grounds are large with many green spaces and nicely landscaped. Off-street parking was convenient. We had an American breakfast included in our room rate (opens at 7am) which was useful before we checked out early for a early drive back to Mexico City.
Generally this hotel met our expectations according to how it is described however it is an older hotel and could do with some investment in modernising and fixing things up to make it more comfortable. For example, the concrete around the pool is cracked and in need of repair, the gym has minimal equipment and some of it is broken.

the breakfast was good, my husband left his backpack and they sent a taxi to the airport with if
staff was not hospitable at all, pool was dirty, no bar at the pool and no one would bring us drinks from the inside, teens were on our porch making noise in middle of night and staff was unresponsive, we were next to the tennis court and woke up at 6:00 am to men grunting and balls banging. tons of spiders in room, rooms were old and not very clean. could here everything g person was doing above us, when toilet from up stairs flushed it sounded like our room was about to flood

Nice grounds,
Service poor. Several staff wouldn't help us (no habla inglese) when we needed assistance but then suddenly spoke English when asking for tips. bellboy ripped us off (insisted on 100 peso tip-20 more appropriate). Front desk rented us tennis rackets/balls but wouldn't unlock the tennis court. Restaurant staff gave no direction for breakfast on our first day and then charged us for eating from the wrong buffet table when the meal was supposed to be included in our booking.

In the city but surrounded by trees and gardens. Very quiet and accommodation spaced out so not crowed together. Very spacious rooms and excellent room cleaning

I love the room and large beautiful facility. Hotel stuff especially Armando is very nice and he is fluent in English. Although Pool, reception area and restaurant are old, the room is clean and renovated. We loved there!

I have stayed here several times before and always had my dog(s) with me. This time, they said they no longer allow dogs.

Location is great to move around. Very close to the city center, yet not in the middle of the noisy area. Very easy access to the motorways as well as to many main avenues. The layout of the hotel is beautiful. The rooms were clean, comfortable, so was the bathroom
On arrival, they had marked a different price, which I agreed to pay, since I didn´t have handy my booking quote. The hotel has had better days and as a large property, some deeper maintenance is needed in certain general areas. There seems to be a staff shortage as dirty dishes layed out around the pool for more than 24 hours! TVs are complicated to navigate.

Built originally about 80 years ago it has retained its 2 storey design. There is an an extensive garden with lots of large trees. The swimming pool is enormous. It’s an easy walk to the pedestrianised area of Oaxaca, the Instituto Cultural and also the expat library on Pino Suarez. Staff are very helpful and the restaurant offers excellent food.
My original room in the 200 block was noisy, had no view and was not renovated so I moved rooms to the 500 block, which was much quieter and renovated.
