La vicinanza alla stazione dei bus per l'aeroporto visto che mi sono fermato giusto una notte.

Ho scritto per un'informazione riguardo al metodo di pagamento accettato diversi giorni prima del mio arrivo ma ho avuto la risposta solo il giorno del check in. Inoltre le lenzuola erano sporche di rossetto,non era chiaro se erano state lavate male o peggio. Comunque ho usato per precauzione il mio lenzuolo da viaggio. Alla reception mi hanno fatto aspettare perché la camera non era ancora pronta (le 15,30pm)e solo dopo 20 minuti di attesa ho sollecitato il responsabile alla reception che si è degnato di chiamare la ragazza delle pulizie distraendolo dal suo telefonino. Finalmente in camera! Non tornerò sicuramente

Location is pretty good, close to KL sentral station which makes for easy transfer to airport and bus station

Asked for a quiet room, was given a room at the end of the hall which was appreciated, but next door to the hotel is a scrap yard.. they were banging and cutting metal until midnight.

The hotel is in a walking distance from KL Sentral / NU Sentral. Just a few blocks away from the KL Sentral Monorail and Tun Sambanthan Monorail stations. There are convenience stores in front of the hotel (7-11) and local stores nearby. There are many restaurants that you can have. Though the room is small, the bed is comfy, WIFI is excellent, and the bathroom is okay.
