Very bad food and no cleanings

Location good room size very good . Staff were very cooperative.

Mattress was not uncomfortable. Washroom was not maintained from long time

Receptionist helpful and smile. Roomboy Yasin Bangladesh very very helpful ,polite never say no, anytime. Good asset your property has worker as Yasin.tell him really appreciate 👍 🙏

Mechanical or engineering need training how to service guest and make satisfied guest. I fully understand if something can't fix but how they try to fix and explanation very2 simple shortcut like don't care. Property and facilities hotel very good but engineering side maintenance poor. I open this for your improvement future, because to be honest location and facilities very good.

The hotel location is amazing! 1 minute walk from door 303, near Rawdah Shareefah. the staff are friendly however i think the hotel needs to get more staff to cover all customers demands (reception desk is very busy around check out time) We didn’t choose a room with a view, but i think it can be ordered.

The property was good and near to prophet masjid

AC was not working since check In, I complained about AC, their staff attended with change the clean the filter and said it will work now , we went outside and came in night , we check again same condition , I complained again and staff came and said it will be resolved in the morning shift it was about 1 AM then I asked the manager to change the room 1st they were trying to stay with out AC, finally around 2 AM they agreed to change the room,my whole day was waisted to resolve this issue.

سوء التعامل حيث تم الحجز عن طريق بوكنق وتم والوصول الساعه 9.3 ليلا وعند الوصول افادني الموظف بالغاء الحجز علم الحجز ببطاقه الفيزا يمكنه خصم المبلغ اثناء الوقت اواشعاري قبل الغاء الحجز وتم التواصل مع بوكنق ولم يتم افاده غير الذى افادني الموظف بالغاء الحجز وتم حجز عن طريق الفندق من جديد الساعه 11 تقريبا وطلب من المغادره الساعه 2 اليوم الثاني حيث كان حجزي مده يوم ولم يتغاضى عن الحجز المتاخر والغائهم الحجز السابق كما لايوجد كرسى في الغرفه ولا ادوات الكوى الملابس لايوجد مناشف كفايه وكان الحجز لفرفه سريرين مفردين وتم طلب ضم السرير ولم يتم ذلك حتى بعد 2 ساعه وتم تكرار الطلب من العامل مره اخرى كما لايوجد مطعم بالفندق سوى للقروبات التى تحضر للفندق اما بقيه النزلاء لايوجد لهم …..

لم يعجبني اي شيء

كل شيء لم يعجبني ( جرس الانذار - ريحة الفندق - مواقف الفندق ضيقة جدا - موظفين الاستقبال سيئين )

Locations was good. Close to haram.

Place wasn’t clean. Really dingy. Worst of all the quality of the mattresses were realllllyyyyy bad. My back is hurting to the point of not being able to walk. I had to take pain killers to get out of bed and have huge knots in my back which need to be massaged out. I asked for toilet tissue like 5 times before they gave me some. I asked for bath to be cleaned and was ignored. However staff weren’t rude and were quite respectful in their speech. It’s just that no action was taken.

Reception was good. Mr Hamid at reception has deal very pleasantly. All staff was good and polite

Location is best. I got haram view which was really awesome. Alhamdulillah

الفندق قريب جدا من الحرم وفي مكان راقي وكل الخدمات مع المواقف متوفرة ومعاملة الطاقم ممتازه جدا جدا وراقية

الفندق كان سيء جدا جدا ، و غير مجهز باي شيء ، و لا يوجد استعداد لحضور الضيوف و لا نظافه و لا صابون و تجهيزات . الرائحه في الغرف مقبضه . و السعر عالي جدا جدا عليه

كل شيء سيء ، افضل شيء قربه من الروضه فقط
