We like everything!

Nice hotel. The rooms for 4 was in the upper level and had a nice sea view. The room was modern and nice. Pool was not big, but there weren’t many people, so it was big enough. Very good location, many restaurants and a market nearby. Direct access to a clean beach with soft sand. Restaurant had seating on the beach and it was nice to have some drinks while watching the sunset. We had breakfast and dinner in the restaurant and the food was very good. They also had kids menu.

No breakfast for hotel guest. You can buy breakfast from the restaurant menu, but eg. a discount for hotel guests would be nice.

a nice small local hotel, very convenient location, only a few walking steps to White Sand beach and next to convenient stores and lots of eating places, comfortable room with nice double volume floor, restaurant beside the beach is very comfortable and breezy, White sand beach is really nice for walking, swimming, clean and clear.

Swimming pool is too small. it’s more like a jacuzzi pool not swimming pool.

the location is really nice, directly at the beach and in close vicinity of other restaurants and bars.

Our bathroom smelled horrible, like poop and pee. We notified the owner who then changed something about the toilet. When the smell didn’t go away, we asked to change rooms but were told by staff that they didn’t have another room available. The staff really didn’t try to be accommodating to us in any way and we ended up staying in this horrible smell. We ran into the owner during checkout who offered us free breakfast for that last morning, which was a nice gesture but didn’t make up for the issue.

+++ Food (western and thai) ++ Proximity to 7-11 and motorbike rental + Many other restaurants at the street and on the beach if you want to try different locations

- AC was annoying loud and not really working sometimes

location was good right on the beach, friendly helpful staff clean comfortable room, food good quality, Wi-Fi was good in all parts of the property even sat on the beach

was really a swimming more a lounge pool, nothing else to dislike
