The Blue House was born in 1992 on the occasion of the celebration of the Barcelona Olympic Games. It is a spacious Penthouse and Duplex that in 2024 has been completely renovated and decorated with exquisite furniture and details so that you can enjoy its comfort, natural light and warmth. In the mornings you can wake up watching the sunrise and the sea from the terrace...
The apartment has a privileged orientation to 3 winds, towards the east, south and west, all day with sun, lots of light, with 180 degree panoramic views of the sea and city such as La Sagrada Familia, Montjuic, Torre Agbar, Hotel Arss , Tibidabo and Olympic Port.
In the Olympic Village there are many things to enjoy, its fantastic beaches, excellent restaurants, the promenades towards Barceloneta or the Forum, the Ciudadela Park... all without needing to take transport. It is located near the Borne, Gótico, Ciutat Vella, Eixample and Pueblo Nuevo neighborhoods, about 15-20 minutes walk or 10 minutes by metro. In the same building there are taxi ranks, buses, Tourist Bus, the Villa Olímpica metro station, and the La Vila Shopping Center where it has all the services of supermarkets, bakeries, restaurants, pharmacies, hairdressers, kiosks... separate (not far away) from the loud and bustling noises of the heart of the city.

Lovely apartment, a great location for a weekend stay in Barcelona, fabulous views over the sea. Would definitely recommend staying here if you are a friendship group or family looking to explore the city but have somewhere nice to come back to!

The location of this property was amazing. It was just a short walk to the beach and there were plenty of great restaurants within walking distance. There was also a grocery store below ground right next to the building.We were greeted at the property by a very friendly and helpful person who explained everything we needed to know about the apartment.

The blue house was just lovely! What a fantastic location! Near the beaches, restaurants, and lots of other attractions. We had the best time with lots of space to spread out and enjoy the ocean views from the property. Would absolutely stay here again! Thank you for a great stay!

The view from the apartment and its location are excellent. Great beach across the street and plenty of nearby restaurants. Apartment is spacious, clean and well-kept. The owner is very attentive and is quick to respond to any questions. Elevator lets you out at the door to the apartment on the 6th floor and the loft on the seventh floor is gigantic. Finally, the price per night we thought to be a great value.Ours was a family vacation with my wife, two daughters in their 20s and a boyfriend and we all had plenty of privacy within the apartment and cannot wait to go back.
