Detached house of 150 m2 (75 house and 75 patio-garden), 3 bedrooms, dining room, living room, bathroom and kitchen. Air conditioning and heat pump. Cot and child chair. Barbecue. Wood stove. 30MB fiber optic Internet, TV 42 '' Smart TV, DVD, oven, microwave, utensils, towels, linens, bedding ... quiet, 40 m Molinar ride (bike lane) and the beach area. 10 minutes from the center of Palma by bus and 20 minutes walk. Es Llimoner des Molinar completely charmed us. From the moment we stepped into the courtyard with its lemon tree, to the well-equipped interior and cozy bedrooms, everything felt perfect. Our stay was made even more enjoyable by Andres' attentive communication. He was always available to answer questions and offer helpful tips via text message.

We enjoyed our stay in this lovely home near the sea. The property was exactly as advertised and the owner was very attentive and easy to communicate with. Parking was pretty difficult, even in the low season, and we did have to change the propane for water heating while there, which was a little inconvenient. It was great being close to a nice bakery, supermarket and fruit and veg stand, we ate at home every night. Overall a good experience.
