Staring from reception area, capsule lift service, room size along with comfortable bed, nice bathroom along with all the room amenities, room service, pool, gym, restaurant and ending with the staffs... everything was excellent!!!! We had a smooth quick check-in as the room was already ready. We felt very glad to see that there was already a Welcome Letter for us in the room!! We did not expected this kind of service from a hotel in Vellore. We were there for treatment for 5 days and the hotel staffs made our stay so much comfortable and lavish that we want to visit again and recommend our friends & family. Last but not the least, the food in the in-house restaurant was just WOW !!! Starting from buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner...the menu spread and the selection along with the food quality and taste, we enjoyed it everyday. Each day, the cook presented several new items in buffet for those 5 days duration. Also the food was very healthy and yummy. We specifically thanked to the head chef before checking out for enriching our taste buds each day. Really a 5 star brand service !!!

There was nothing which we did not like.

worst staff first two days later durva, Sayantani abs arpita were good. booked suite room but it was totally bad not clean there were hair on linens, fridge was not working, towels were hot there. nothing was in place. staff was very rude for first two days specially whenever asked or complained they gave deaf ear. later the above mentioned staff was good. dining hall food was not there or hot. all waiters were rude apart from arpita who made life easy.

Every thing in the stay in fortune is a good experience and I like it.

The ambience was great. The staff was extremely good and courteous. particularly to mention Sayantika and Sukla at Front desk. Ritika, Arpita, Pradeep, Debashish, Mahalaxmi and a lady from Trivandram (I forgot her name) were super courteous and helpful. Kavitha from housekeeping was always eager to help Such a staff battalion is an asset to any establishment

None what so ever

Breakfast buffet was amazing especially the Restaurant Manager Ms Mahalaxmi madam (Hope I got her name correct) was par excellence. She is an icing 🧁 on the cake for the hotel and is true asset in the long run.

I will wait in future to identify anything here to be disliked since every thing is beyond expectations compared to any other leading Hotel property in Vellore.
