Hotel location is good close to Bozetepea Terrace and to Trabzon Square, hotel facilities are good as well except the swimming pool, room service is good, daily cleaning of the room and towels changing.

Delay in check in, they are not organised and they tried to give me different room, not what i paid for, although i booked 45 days and paid full amount in advance, they socked me when i reached and told me your room booking not confirmed and we don't have the room you booked (family room), they tried to offer me other options but i refused and finally they managed to give me the same room i booked. That only caused me and my family a tension at the beginning but then everything was perfect.

the location was amazing, the view was out of this world, the breakfast was amazing. the valet service was great.

the reception staff were slow, the staff working in the dining area were either bored or not in the mood to speak to guests, having a tip box in the breakfast egg station was not something that i expected.

Very nice place i like it

Beautiful property with amazing views of the ocean and city of Trabzon. 25 minutes walk to central city, otherwise about a 10 minute drive. There is a lot of traffic though to the Boztepe area. Hotel is luxurious and clean with spacious rooms. Booked 3 mountain facing rooms and 2 of the rooms were upgraded to sea facing rooms-the views were just breathtaking. We only stayed 2 nights but I definitely would recommend staying at least 3-4 nights as Trabzon has so much to offer. Service is fast and fabulous. Very nice gym and pool with beautiful views also. Didn’t have breakfast at the hotel so can’t speak about that.
