Nothing at all it was yuck i thought i was getting discount but dont fall for cheap price seriously it was disgusting

There was nothing in there to be liked ,, room itslef its disgusting ,, toilet bathroom everything is so yuck so smelly and tiles was about to come out . To be honest its my horrible stay in 8 years of newzealand

Staff were friendly and helpful and shuttle service great

Could smell cannabis in hallway outside our room. Other guests were noisy drinking partying suspect this is an emergency housing motel? The neighbours had a huge party next door kept us awake most of the night loud banging music beer bottles smashing we had little sleep as leaving up at 5am to catch an international flight barely slept. There was no coffee in the sachets nor product in the guest shampoo and soap in bathroom they were filled with water. Suspect a staff is taking the contents as the coffee sachets were cello-taped up. Has to be my very worst experience of a motel/hotel in my life would never return based on this.

Shower was excellent, great pressure. Off street parking was appreciated,bed was comfortable. Suitable for quick overnight stay. Basic meals available .24 hour check in makes it easy for late arrival.

Couch was tatty

We just had a short stay making use of the shuttle and a place to relax between a'long layover. Pick up was seamless and there is a restaurant on site.

Shuttle was 25 minutrs late from scheduled time to take us'to airport. Not close to anything. In a residential area.

Complimentary airport shuttle service (they collected us at 1am) is the best thing and only 10-15 minutes drive from the airport. Comfortable big bed.

Room and furniture was rather worn and old. Reasonably clean but not spotless. Room was rather dark and dingy and would not have wanted to sow and much time in it.
