Super clean, big apartment and great solution for families.

Nothing in particular, the apartment is not new but it was good enough, price - value exceptional

No security,and no pool safe guard

The beds were comfortable & overall apartment was ok, the shower was hot & good pressure. The swimming pool was a good size but the poolside bar was not open so you could not get anything to drink. The complex was not to far from the beach & was peaceful at night.

No poolside bar so this was a inconvenience as it was advertised in booking.com so you could not get any drinks. There was no fridge in the apartment just a freezer and this was an inconvenience.

There was two good statement, the pool and that the shops and the beach were relatively close

I didn't like that it wasn't welcoming at all, the people there only knew Bulgarian, the cleanliness left much to be desired and in the end they asked us 20 lewa to let us leave because we were 20 minutes late at the checkout

A bit old house accessories.

Location is great. Pretty close to most of sunny beach central. The apart was mostly good we loved it at the beginning. It was really good for its price. Kitchen has all the necessary tools and they clean the apart every 3 days. Pool side is one of the places we hang out the most as well as the balcony. Pool had umbrellas sundbeds etc. It was nice to hang out there, calm and relaxing.

One of the worst thing was the smell we got in our room at the end of our holiday. We stayed at room 402 and Some other people started staying in the next bedroom and i actually don’t know what was the smell was about but there was an unbearable smell in our room coming from our wall since then. We weren’t able to stay in our room and went to pool side during our last 2-3 days. To realise the source of smell took us a while but after that we understood that there wasn’t much more we can do to fix it. This problem is something must be solved before the next guest. Secondly the house landlord speaks english but she is never there so for communication there isn’t much of a choice if you’re speaking English. There was a lovely lady which helped us with cleaning, checking in and daily routine tasks but for example when we had this problem we weren’t able to communicate with her so english can be a problem.

Everything was good- location is close enough but also far enough from the strip. Parking was good, shower was hot. Swimming pool was lovely and three comfortable beds. Apartment could easily fit 4 and has a fridge. Also very close to the water park which I highly recommend
