I booked the lovely suite on the top (3rd floor). Huge veranda and 2 balconies. A microwave for preparing simple meals. A Nespresso machine (and a filter coffee machine if that's your preference,), a drinks fridge. Plus of course crockery, cutlery - and disposable paper cups for use on veranda. In-room electronic safe for valuables. Lots of space, comfortable bed, settee, flat screen TV. Room could be serviced daily if wanted but every 2 days more than enough. Great location for exploring old town, close to main city and easy walk to the brilliant archaeological museum. There's a weekly market on Saturday in the street outside: a great place for superfresh fruit and vegetables. Very quiet at night..I really enjoyed my stay here. Highly recommended

Notus is a fabulous place to stay – loved our 1 week stay here. We stayed in one of the apartments on the first floor at the front overlooking the street and a sea-view to the side. Great apartment, that was clean and light and bright. It had everything we needed. Regular cleaning of the apartment and changing of the linens was great, and it always smelt really nice too. Location is perfect in the old town and within easy reach of everything in the town. There is free parking on the street and we never had a problem parking nearby. The owner/host is wonderful, friendly and efficient. Nothing was too much trouble. Thoroughly recommend and if we come back to Chania we will absolutely come back to stay.

Location was terrific with free street parking and almost at the water. Room was so well set up to make coffee and have a start of the day. Owner was helpful with recommendations and had really stocked the room for traveler convenience. One of our best stays ever.

Everything was lovely. The staff was really nice, they even let us leave the luggage after the check out so we could freely enjoy the city for a bit longer

No breakfast. Everything else top class. It was exatly what it was advertised as. We had room st top of hotel with wonderful balcony and extremely spacious.

Good location in old Chania The manager apologized for the inaccurate description of the facilities eventually after denying it was listed with two queen beds. I provided a screen shot of the description.

Expensive compared to other accommodation I booked in Greece. It was listed with two queen beds but only had one so did not meet our expectations or requirements. It was cramped. It was described as an apartment but was a room with a fridge and kettle and small ensuite bathroom. There was no lift and lots of steep stairs to reach the room on the second floor. There was no reception so it was hard to communicate with staff.

Amazing location!! Right near the action but on a quiet street so it’s peaceful. Loved sitting on the little balcony.

Notus is in a very good location, just a short walk from the old town, and many good restaurants. The hotel is quite new and the facilities are excellent. The rooms are well kept and very clean. Parking near to the hotel was readily available. Manolis was very helpful with details on tours, beaches, and restaurants.

Very decent, very well priced, all was comfortable. The location was great. It was very close to the center, literally 2 mins to walk, but it was also quiet at night so you could take a rest. We had a lovely terrace as well.

Or course you can find better, but it will be way more expensive, so there isn't actually something I would write here.

Perfect location as walking is an issue for me these days and the apartment was, as promised, all on the ground floor so no stairs to worry about. Manolis was VERY kind and helpful, organising our taxis to and from the Airport and allowing us to keep our room on our departure day. We weren't able to go out as much as we hoped but housekeeping were happy to let us use our apartment .... HUGE thank you to all. Hoping to return again one day .....

Spacious, clean, not overlooked, comfortable and had a friendly, helpful manager. The little bit of free wine was also very much appreciated.

The location was awesome, very close to the old town. The room was clean and spacious, with a big balcony. The host was friendly and helpful, he also let us leave our baggage in the lobby on our last day.

It's very spacious, clean and though not exactly downtown, it's within walking distance. We preferred this location to avoid the noise at night and also very convenient for parking. A parking lot is also nearby. It's free of charge in the evening until the next morning when the shops open. The owner Manolis is very kind and friendly. Thumbs up!

Fantastic settings in the heart of Chania. Great access to restaurants and tourist areas. A beautiful apartment and extremely cosy effective.
