The price was a bit pricey

The apartment was very clean, beautiful decorated, comfortable beds and amazing view! The host quickly replied to my questions providing helpful information. The location was perfect for us, which was targeted to young families and conveniently in front of the beach.

The only minor suggestions is adding blackouts to the bedrooms. My friend's kid woke up at 3:00AM while sleeping in the small room thinking it was time to wake up, because it was so bright from the hallway's light.

to start this review off. i reached out to the owner before purchasing the condo just to ask if the reviews/pictures were true. I usually will only stay at a nice hotel when on any trip. I WAS NOT DISAPPOINTED!! 8th floor balcony condo that is absolutely right across the street from the beach. The location is not among the nosier part of the main strip. it's a bit further down where it's not nearly as congested (what we were looking for.) Entering the property you are given a pass code for the electric gate for automobiles & a code for those that walk on & off the property. 1 covered parking spot in the covered parking attached to the building is reserved & 1 reserved uncovered parking spot. Entering the condo there is a camera, inside there is a security system (FELT COMPLETELY SAFE & SECURE!!) Everything inside the 2 bedroom, 2 full bathrooms (1 with a stand up shower, the other with a shower/regular size tub combination BUT with jets) The condo is extremely clean, every place/cup/pot/tower/linen.dishwasher/full-size fridge/washer/dryer. If you can clean up behind your self. a smart tv with app features in every room with remotes. Due to #Corona Every family gets to reserve the entire pool area for just their guest for a period of 1hr 30mins. (We had it Sat & Sun) The balcony is exactly as the pictures show. 8th floor view of Ocean water, The Gulf breeze was AMAZING!!! So glad that my wife suggested us stay here vers the super expensive hotel that we were going to rent & to Rose & her family for no fake advertising!! If I were going to travel to Galveston at least 2-4 times per year I may not have written this review for fear that if to many people find out when I wanted to reserve it again that it would be booked.

Not that it could've been better. For us it was perfect. it is further down the beach wall or strip/away from the pleasure pier other activities.
