The condo was very comfortable and there were many activities available in the gated community including a restaurant within a very short walk.

The check-in was fast and the condo was really nice just like the pictures and we enjoy the property. The only thing was there was no information booklet in the condo with instructions on on the TV the list of channels or Wi-Fi password word we had to contact the host for that. There was no instructions on checkout procedures and no information where things were located on the property. The communication with the host was not good it took a long period of time for reply on a question with a issue we had with a repair arranged by the host. The place is nice and we enjoyed our vacation we just would have like more information and better communication.

I've stayed at OV several times now and this was the best condo I've stayed in. The ocean view and screened in balcony was excellent, everything worked properly, and it was very clean and comfortable.

My husband and I found this unit to be quiet and comfortable. We did have trouble with communications from the owners. Were told to text or call with questions or concerns but after days of no response we were told not to text because they receive too many texts. We were also told we could contact the lady who does the cleaning of the unit once we arrived if we needed to and since we were not receiving responses from the owner, we did try asking her questions but this was not very helpful. Other than the communication issues, we did enjoy the property. The grounds of the Ocean Village are very nice and the community feel was perfect for us.

Ocean Village is the Treasure Coast's best value and this unit is exceptional with nice water view, directly overlooking the first Tee and short walk to mile long private beach. Owners treated us very well. We had a great time and will come back again. Thank you for a wonderful get-away!

Great location for Florida east coast exploration. The condo was clean, spacious and wonderfully laid out. The unit itself is located on the third floor so if stair are a problem, it's a consideration. The unit is just a short walk from a very pleasant beach. Tennis golf and even basketball are available if you come equipped. There is even a small gym. A very nice restaurant is located just a five minute walk from the unit in the development. The main pool is currently under construction and closed..no idea when it will reopen. Best of all the host (Joe) was spectacularly responsive to all our needs. I highly recommend this rental.

We loved the property! Very clean and quiet with no problems at all. Great restaurant nearby along with the beach. The only thing is that the pool was closed due to construction. We hope to return in the future and would love to use it then. The beach is steps away and lovely. We felt so safe. Hosts were quiet but we didn’t need anything so it was fine!

We stayed here for a week and were very impressed with the property. The pool was wonderful and the restaurants in the area had great food. The beach was pretty much a private beach with the only downside being the amount of seaweed in the water and on the sand. Unfortunately that was based on the time of year we went, but there were other beaches that were seaweed free within a short drive. The hosts, Joe and Brenda were very reachable and open in their communication. Absolutely loved our stay 5 stars all around.

This condo is the perfect beach getaway. Golf, tennis, and the ocean are all minutes away. The bed is comfortable. The kitchen has everything you need to cook and if you don’t want to cook the excellent resort restaurant (which has an ocean view and offers takeout) is a 5-minute walk. I will return again and again.

We had a great time at our stay in Ocean Villas II 736. The restaurant on the property is great. Try the truffle fries! Pool and tiki bar were very cool. Many different beaches to choose from on and off the property. State Park was our favorite. We had a small issue when we first arrived late the first night that we contacted the owners about. They had someone out to fix the issue the very next morning. Great communication and overall place to stay.

Only thing I wish I'd had was a map of the property. Got in late at night, and missed our turn into the correct section. A resident walking directed us to his place and provided a map. Everything else was great.

This was our second stay in the community and we really enjoyed this unit. The screened balcony was nice. Short walk to the main pool, ocean and restaurant! We hope to be back!

One of the best locations on the property. Very laid back complex. Nice unit, great location on property, easy beach access, nice pool and tiki bar and grill, great restaurant (shrimp grits are the bomb), par 3 golf course with Hole 1 right at unit, bocci ball, .....

Overall we loved the condo. It has a beautiful view overlooking the first hole of the golf course and the ocean in the distance. When we first checked in the condo had not been cleaned. Unfortunately that caused us to lose a vacation day. We had an early morning flight and arrived in the area early afternoon but couldn’t check-in until after 4:00 PM. So we took our time traveling from PBI to Fort Pierce. Discovering a dirty condo at 5:00 PM, communicating with the owner, waiting until after 6:00 PM for housekeeping to show up, and allowing them 2 hours to clean while we went to dinner caused our vacation in a clean condo to start Saturday night. Joe was very apologetic and very helpful. And after that initial experience we had a wonderful time in the condo. It is fully appointed and has everything you need. Ocean Village is a great resort with all the amenities. We’ll definitely stay here again.

This condo was well equipped and perfectly located on Hutchinson Island. We were able to watch the sunrise from the bedroom and balcony daily. The security of being in a gated property was also a plus. Joe was easy to communicate with and quick to respond to my questions. Would definitely stay here again!

I would have given a 5, but due to a miscommunication between the owner and the cleaner, the condo had not been cleaned when we arrived. Joe responded right away and sent a team of 6 to clean and they did it quickly. He responded very quickly whenever we had a question or concern. The bed is very comfortable, the porch and view great, kitchen well stocked with good pots and pans. All appliances worked. Bathroom shower with good flow. We liked the ceiling fans. Great location, we have stayed at this resort before and like the pools and proximity to the beach. Resort has improved check in procedure at the gate. Would have liked screens in the bedroom. Overall, a great place to stay.

Property is a very large condominium community called Ocean Village that's right on the ocean in Fort Pierce, FL. The community has all the amenities, Pool, Private Beach, Golf and Tennis. The 1- bedroom 1-bath unit is on the 3rd floor, very nicely decorated, has a full kitchen, provides all the linens, beach towels, beach chairs and washer/dryer with an ocean view from the balcony.

I brought my husband here for a surprise anniversary getaway and we both loved it. It’s cozy, comfortable and has easy beach and pool accesss. We had a blip with the hot water and smoke detector, and the bed may not be for everyone but we were comfortable. Everyone we encountered during our stay was friendly and Joe and Brenda were easy to get in touch with for any issues. Beautiful, peaceful location that is a couple hours in any direction to the better known parts of the state. My husband fell in love with Fort Pierce and is talking about moving there. If you’re looking for peace, relaxation and some fun then you won’t go wrong staying here.

The condo was clean and as described. The view is not pictured in the listing but should be because it has a great view. The complex is large with tons of amenities - lots of tennis, golf, bocce, shuffleboard, library, etc. we found the main pool to be slightly dated. The biggest downside for us was the very strict rules in the community, such as no floats in the pool. There is a guard and they will ask to see wristbands. We witnessed children and families get “lectured/threatened” for kids sitting in the edge/steps. The tiki bar is a great addition, but they aren’t allowed to serve you outside of their roped section. It not a terribly fun place to sit by the pool with an adult beverage. It all seems a little unnecessary. However, we enjoyed watching the wildlife around the pool - interesting lizards and even a rabbit. We are born and raised Floridians who go to various beaches a lot. The sand here seemed to collect heat very quickly. If there was no shad or rain, the sand was almost too hot to walk on to get to the water. We wish we brought beach shoes. The unit had everything you need. There are plenty of pillows, sheets, towels, etc. I’ll probably bring my own pillow next time. Bring a beach cart, it’s about a 3 minute walk to the beach with access through the pool and other places. Fort Pierce has a nice little down town area on mainland with restaurants and shops. We will return. Great owners, very communicative!
