Exceptional

The evening staff was very kind and made sure I was happy. The room was immaculate and comfortable. The continental breakfast was more than I expected. I think this place is awesome!

The neighborhood was a little noisy, but it was not horrible.

Hidden Gem

The location of this place is amazing in the sense of everything great is within walking distance. the actual LOOK of it is offsetting for sure but it’s such a hidden place.

the whole place is pretty warm, but there’s AC in the rooms. I will say it does look a little sketch outside and in the hallways, but the rooms are great!

Exceptional

The location was perfect, and the hotel was quiet. We booked a room with its own bathroom, but passed the shared bathrooms and they were nice. I wouldn't of been upset with having to use them.

The only that was tricky, was navigating property, but it worked out and I don't think that can be helped.

A pleasant stay if you don’t require good sleep

The staff were great and super helpful! The facilities were clean and well supplied. Good location for exploring Seattle.

The bed was terrible, one of the worst I have slept in. We could feel all the mattress springs digging into our backs. You cannot close the shade and also use the AC, so the street lights cannot be blocked out for sleep.

Definitely the place to stay if you're visiting Seattle. Will definitely be back.

The hotel is close to the water and all of the main sites and situated downtown in a vibrant neighborhood with great bars, restaurant and cafes. It's such a great hotel, the room and the hotel were very cool and the beds were super comfy. The staff at front desk were amazing. Definitely recommend staying here.

Comfortable bed walking distance to everything I wanted to visit Good breakfast. Excellent coffee, wonderful pastries good value Front desk staff very friendly and helpful

I stayed here for a week for work and it was a sweet, comfy stay; and would totally come back!

Location is amazing, the beds were comfy, it was relatively quiet during the week given the area, the staff were helpful and nice.

The wifi was not great in my room, the breakfast was sometimes put away early or there weren't any pastries available. Very sporadic but it was nice that there was always an oat milk option.

Loved the staff, the smell of the lobby, cleanliness overall, minimalist design, cute touches via whether it was the shampoo and hand soap to the black towel for removing makeup and even the ceramic drinking cups. 10/10 recommend.

This is a very clean and comfortable hotel at an affordable price.

Great location within walking distance of all attractions. Close to Pike’s Place but just far enough away to be a little less busy. Easy to find, available street parking, clean and very comfortable beds and pillows. Complimentary breakfast was excellent! Delicious baked goods from a nearby local bakery. Definitely a good value.

Rooms were simple , almost to the extreme. Could use some lamps with softer lighting.

cute boutique hotel that is otherwise just adequate for the price

the inside is nicely decorated. location is convenient to some things, like the concert I was in town for

neighborhood is not the best. I’d prefer a private bathroom for every room. I did not get as good a deal this time as the last time I stayed here

small room but convenient location and friendly staff.

Close to pier for early morning departure on Victoria Clipper. convenient to downtown attractions like the market and sculpture park

not a big issue for us but definitely stairs. room was tiny for sure. more concerning was glass shower with views from room. not a lot of privacy which may not matter to some.

Good

The rooms were great despite some not enjoying ensuite bathrooms. The guest bathrooms were excellent. Comfortable beds and we'll equipped Ros.

There was no lift! One had to climb long steep stairways between floors. Not suitable for handicapped customers.

The hotel was everything we expected and more. The staff was friendly and the hotel was in a perfect location to restaurants and attractions

There was nothing we did not like about the hotel. It does not have an elevator but we knew that before we checked in and it was not a problem for us.

Fantastic, amazing and phenomenal

The breakfast was delicious. The staff was very friendly. It is a really cool place. I wasn’t sure about the shared bathroom thing when I booked but when we actually got there it was totally fine. I will stay there every time I come to Seattle front now on.
