Loved our little balcony, great views of the hills, all rooms up sets of stairs.
Breakfast was a game of 2 halves, the saturday breakfast and service was 10/10 sunday service and breakfast limped a score of 6, hard eggs, long long long wait, overcooked bacon, no check back to sort it out, no staff available to ask about it. A real shane as the day before was lovely. Room was beautiful, had to get a you tube video to operate coffee machine despite the manual being there.
Stairs to room.

Good vegetarian options - could do porridge routinely or overnight oats - a lot of hikers!

Great room and bathroom, central and easy to get to. Staff are very welcoming and chatty. Good breakfast and lots of options in the cafe.
Nothing screamed out that mattered - only reference from me was I wasn't keen on their black pudding bu tthat really doesn't count for much :-)
