Avis vérifiés à 100 %9 / 10Remarquable·oct. 2026
Very central location, close to museums and restaurants. We occasionally caught a tram and once took a train to Delft. Everything was straightforward. Hotel staff answered all queries for us.
Everything was good. More hooks in the bathroom would have been helpful.

The location is close to the center. The room is well arranged.
The lift has an issue that getting stuck usually. The room service is not always available. The cleaning is only upon request.

The location
Airco was leaking over the door, had to ask for just 2 tea bags a day but generally got them only at the reception and never brought to the room. Bed was only made by room keeping once in 3 days and bathroom was never wiped down at all.
