Stanhope Hotel by Thon Hotels

The property is very beautiful, and classic, as was the room.

My main problem was with the shower in the room, which does not have a thermostat and the water pressure of which is low. This is a problem to the extent that I could not bring me wife to this beautiful hotel, as she would find the shower inconvenient. It gave be either cold or boiling hot water until the mix worked out after a long wait. This is not up to the hotel’s formal 5-star rating.

The hotel is just stunning. The localisation is just round the corner from the bus directyly heading to the airport, superb breakfast. The room was very comfortable, quiet, the bathroom amendities were at the highest quality. The hotel team, starting from the reception, to the restaurant, bar, all team members were very profesional, helpfull and kind. I stayed in fact 7 nights as I had the first 5 nights books as business tavel, and the hotal was a perfect place to relax and rest after business work. Highly recommend this hotel. It makes a diffrecne. Ca 15 minutes from the old town, nice walk next to the park and the palace.

Gorgeous, immaculately maintained, with the kindest staff. Location is superb; just beyond palace with easy access to all transit and short walk grand place/pentagone. Every amenity and need was catered to with grace and beauty, from spa and fitness space to umbrella in my room. No need to ever book anywhere else in Brussels — my new go-to spot for business and leisure travel. Exceptional experience.

Chambre très confortable et luxueuse, mais mon arrivée très tardive(grève des aiguilleurs du ciel) ne m’a pas permis d’avoir un accueil à la hauteur de l’établissement. Petit déjeuner quelconque pour le prix.

Accueil impersonnel, personne pour m’aider à porter ma valise alors que l’accès au lobby est en haut d’un escalier.
