I liked the fact the hotel had a personality and wasn’t faceless.
The restaurant was excellent too as were the waiting staff.
The queues for the coffee machine.
The breakfast food on offer.

Room was clean and spacious. Good location. Breakfast and dinner disappointing for the price paid.
Had issues with the AC, someone came and had a look but didn’t really sorted it. Ordered room service and both members of the staff were somewhat rushed and not very customer service oriented. The breakfast staff were the same. Only one member of the staff that we interacted with were actually nice and happy to do their job.
