Excellent breakfast. Also had dinner at Bovine the previous night, also Excellent

Great location
One of the lifts broken, rooms poorly signposted. Our room was small and tired although bed was comfortable. The bathroom needed upgrading and Lighting in the room was also poor. We were woken at 5am with deliveries to the supermarket next door. Breakfast was good but not included in the price.

The location suited us perfectly for visiting family local to Byres road.
Only one of the two lifts was working and the other was very slow. The illuminated floor indicators also need repair.
Prior to checkout, tried to take suitcases out of the upper ground level exit to our car on Grosvenor Terrace but found the doors were locked and so I checked out and asked for the doors to be opened. The response was very dismissive until I insisted this is not usually a problem and only then did the young lady use her walkie-talkie to call someone.
