Excellent location in the centre of Garmisch and a short 15 min walk to the beautiful Partenkirchen. Room was excellent, fantastic views and a large balcony, spacious room and very clean. Shower was as good as they get and toilet was amazing, it was much more than a toilet, had all sorts of features for cleaning and drying your bits! Quiet at night, no sleep disturbances. Lively bar in the evenings with specialist beers and popular restaurant (although not our choice of food). Breakfast was good.
Staff were really helpful and knowledgeable about the local area and very happy to help.
Tables weren’t always wallet up for breakfast and we had to find staff to get a coffee but all very helpful.

Lovely views
No room service , very (!) limited menu and no interaction / activities or atmosphere ..
no tea/coffee in the room - one bottle of water for two people all week.
The staff didn’t appear too interested in their guests .
Lovely views from the room but noisy at night as bar/restaurant below room balcony .
