It was in the perfect spot, not realizing it, but it was. It was right next to where you could take the picture of the Matterhorn when the sun rises. It was right by the bus stop. You just take the public elevator down, which is just across the street. Their breakfast is amazing. The people working there are amazing. If I come back, I would stay there again. And I love the red slippers.

Location was good, and I was given a room facing the mountain.
Amenities and fixtures in the room was great. Clever design with USB port to easy travellers like me.
Breakfast was amazing with so many options.
Friendly and helpful staff.

The location was great. The room was very nice. We were given an upgrade at no additional cost.
The staff at the breakfast buffet were pretty short when asked for the location of butter, milk and water. Also the bed was two twin beds put together. They separated very easily.

Hotel was nice, small room laid out very nice with place to put suitcase.
My only negative is the elevator outside not working and I had to search for another way to get to the same level as the entrance to the hotel as I could not carry my suitcase up the lower steps. May I suggest an automatic email notification to customers with options - free shuttle or specific walking directions to hotel. Unfortunately, I followed Google Maps and ended up on the lower street.

"L’accueil était très sympathique et nous avons d’ailleurs été upgradés. Chambre spacieuse et moderne avec belle terrasse et vue sur le Cervin, très calme. Très bien situé. Bon petit déjeuner."
