I was very impressed by the exceptional service provided by Mr. Abdelhalim Tal, the Assistant Manager, and Mr. Jawad, the Spa and health Club Director. Mr. Mohammad and Mr. Ibrahim from the spa were also excellent—kind, helpful, and highly professional. They all made my experience truly enjoyable.
One person in the reception who was tough and harsh
