Having stayed at many hotels in Amman, this was my first experience at Hilton, and it genuinely impressed me. The location is excellent, in one of my preferred areas of the city. Despite booking only a few hours before arrival, I received a warm, professional welcome, an early check-in, and a generous room upgrade.
The upgraded room was exceptional., perhaps the most comfortable I have experienced in Amman. The 13th-floor bar was another highlight, offering a wonderful atmosphere. As an architect, I particularly appreciated the elegant lobby and thoughtful interior design.
The staff’s professionalism and hospitality made the experience even more memorable. Hilton has certainly become one of my favourite hotels in Amman.

perfect stay at Hilton Amman! My room was kindly upgraded to a suite, which made the experience even more special. The staff were extremely friendly, professional, and welcoming. Special thanks to **Ms. Rubi Malhas** for her excellent WhatsApp follow-up and for making sure everything was perfect during my stay. Highly recommended!

I stayed four nights and was truly impressed by the warm, welcoming staff. From reception to the breakfast team, everyone was upbeat, attentive, and eager to help. They went above and beyond, happily accommodating requests and even offering more than what was on the buffet. The room was clean and comfortable, and any small issues that came up were handled right away without hesitation. Overall, a genuinely positive experience.
I can hardly think of anything I didn’t like. However, there are a few areas that could be improved. The décor in the lobby, particularly the ceiling and the air-conditioning grilles, could benefit from some maintenance and a fresh touch of paint. These small improvements would greatly enhance the overall appearance and make an even better first impression on guests.
