Valet every time

Rooms were clean and spacious, swimming pool is much smaller than the photos.

Lack of salad, fruit and veg options for breakfast expected for a 4* hotel. We informed staff at restaurant of our special dietary requirements but when we arrived for breakfast they did not have the items ready. We only had salad for breakfast on our first day and not even toast since all their breads contain eggs. we constantly had to push to make us something simple and finally near the end of the stay they said we could eat mini cheese pizza for breakfast. There was lack of communications between the staff and chef and they were not pro active in providing alternatives like the other hotels we stayed in Jordan.

Hôtel très propre, bien équipé. mérite les 4 étoiles. Bien situé : à proximité du centre ville, abdali mall a 5min en taxi. Service taxi dans l’hôtel pour excursion / transfert aéroport ou tout autre sortie. Personnel très sympa, au petit soin, bien accueilli.

J’aurais aimé qu’il y ai plus de choix pour le petit déjeuner et autre plats pour le déjeuner et le dîner.

Rooms and cleanliness was good

The lack of options if you had dietary requirements was very poor and, not what you would expect from a 4 star hotel. We are vegetarians and do not eat eggs, this was mentioned on the first day but no effort was made to accomodate us that morning but noted for the next day. However when we came down for breakfast, our request had been ignored and there was nothing for us to eat. Again no effort was made until we asked if they could manage to make something substantial without eggs. For 2 days breakfast for us was cold salad only until we pushed for flatbread or pizza base without eggs. The staff should have been more forthcoming with option like other hotels we stayed at in Jordan.
