The front desk staff were wonderful. They were friendly and very helpful. They really took their time with our group of six and offered valuable information and suggestions. Location was very convenient and walking distance to good restaurants and transit.
The room was small but clean.

The beds were super comfy and the room was really clean
The bathroom and the breakfast area were a little cramped due to the nature of the building however for the price and location I would say these are minor gripes especially if your just staying for the weekend

Lication was good and room was clean and tidy with all facilities availabke including microwave in room 302
Breakfast had not been booked although i was sure we had booked it. They also said we had to pay current price which had increased from when we booked it if we wanted breakfast. Politely declined.
No one available to turn subtitles off on tv so all channels had english subtitles. Very annoying.
