The concierge who looked after our bags was fabulous. He smiled, he recognised us and he helped my friend with an Uber taxi. The reception staff were happy and helpful.
P.S. The cookies were delicious
The bath. I would have preferred a walk in shower, that's just me, nothing wrong with the bath or shower head.

Easy access to transport ie trains buses etc
All good

The room had sufficient space but was laid out awkwardly.
The room had two TVs (one in each room) but only one remote. The front desk said the room only comes with one remote. We thought this was odd since every TV comes with a remote
