London House Hotel

Beautiful peaceful location. Staff very friendly and the room was immaculate.

Not being able to open the windows at all. Had to provide a passport for checking in which J presumed was only fit non UK residents but it was for the main lead booker. Resolved by calling home to take a photo of my passport and then emailing it to LHH

Great location, price and clean room

The staff that greeted me was not friendly & the paid breakfast was average. Not worth 15 pounds!

The location is great, very quiet and the facilities are nice

Pictures on the website do not match the description. I walked into my room shocked and had to look back on the listing to see what I actually booked. They have a literal folding chair in front of a cheap desk in the corner, the carpet was stained everywhere, walls were scuffed up and bathroom was so small. I went down and complained that the room does not look like what I booked, I was told those rooms are not accurate and are just up to “make the hotel look good” and that every room doesn’t look like that. I was showed another room, just as bad, then finally a room that matched closer to what I booked was available. Once I got into this room it looked more like the photos and the carpet wasn’t horribly stained, but I still didn’t feel very comfortable the entire time.

Good location , we could leave our luggage after check out and pick up later.

Cleanliness fell a little short. Staff not so smiley on check out.
