Super comfortable room above the pub with air conditioning (much needed this summer)!! Very clean and quiet with lots of coffee shops and Turkish eateries nearby. Walking distance to Kensington Gardens, Bayswater & Queensway tube stations and a bus station diagonally across the street. Glad to have a phone in the room as we needed to make some local calls. We were a little early for the check in and got to hang out in the pub while waiting for the room and enjoyed a free welcome pint! It‘s a great start to our London trip!

Our stay at at the Hayden Pub & Rooms was absolutely wonderful. The accommodations were top notch and the staff are now considered friends. My wife and I enjoyed a weeklong stay with The Hayden, we dined several times in the pub, including a splendid Sunday roast and started every morning with a coffee at the bar. The room was well appointed, charming and for a couple of Texans, comfortably air-conditioned. The neighborhood around the pub is exciting, energetic and full of delicious restaurants.
Thanks to Luigi, Johan and Melita for a truly memorable experience!
