It's my third or fourth stay at this hotel, and it's spectacular every time. Extremely clean, comfortable mattress and pillows, friendly staff and easy check in and check out process.
The location is perfect for the NEC, just a short drive away. It's a peaceful and quiet setting, meaning I know I always get the well needed rest after a busy day at conferences and exhibitions.
The canal is gorgeous and I love sitting in their outside area first thing in the morning and taking a breather before driving to work.
There is nothing I can think of!

Convenient
Understaffed, bad hygiene. Lots of uncollected food plates and drinks left on many tables. Chose not to have breakfast there because of a bad experience the night before.
