Apartments Kalas

Very good location just 2-3 minutes walk from Ploce Gate of old town, so very easy to go back to during the day for breaks (if you are exploring old town). Good views of sea/island/old town from terraces (one appt has the superior terrace/view). Terraces have vines on pergolas (providing variable shade per season), and vegetables growing (we were there late Sept), so it felt like a calm green space to sit between excursions. Comfortable and well equipped. There is a public beach within 5 minutes walk. 2 small supermarkets (studenac and konsum) within 2-3 minutes; we prefer konsum, better choice and prices. Taxis and bus stop by the supermarkets and loads of restaurants, cafes....

This was a gem.od a place very near to the Ploce gate. The apartment was clean and comfortable and well equipped, the bed and bedding were comfy. The rooftop terrace was my favorite place to be and the view into the old Port where magical. I would suggest if you were taking the bus from the ferry terminal that you get off at the Ploce gate and walk a few blocks back to the stairs of the street and it's only about 30 steps up to your front door If you get up at the top of the street it's probably well over 100 steps down and carrying luggage down can be very difficult. Our host Elena was so sweet and welcoming and added to our stay just meeting her. 😊

The shower nozzle would not stay on the wall and we had to hand hold the shower head. Ice cube trays would be nice 🙂

Bliskość do starego miasta, czystość apartamentu, bardzo bezpiecznie (nie ma możliwości wejścia z ulicy bez posiadania klucza), taras z miejscem do siedzenia, bardzo miła właścicielka, bezproblemowy kontakt z właścicielami, wydajna klimatyzacja, dostępność serwisu Netflix na telewizorze (już opłacony abonament), pojemna lodówka, dobre ciśnienie w słuchawce prysznicowej

Brak światła dziennego (w ciągu dnia apartament bardzo ciemny, trzeba zapalać światła nawet rano), brak suszarki na pranie, brak odkurzacza, zużyte deski do krojenia, brak cukru i pieprzu w kuchni, niewystarczająca wentylacja w łazience

L'emplacement, la vue sur mer.

La propriétaire, refus que des amis viennent prendre l'apéro sur la terrasse.
