Windermere Boutique Hotel Spa Suites & Hot Tubs

The photos on booking.com did not do the room and facilities justice. We stayed in the love snug for our anniversary - the sauna and jet bath were great facilities for this, and the little touches left by the staff are the stay, including an arrival drink to take to our room, heart chocolates and petals on the bed and homemade shortbread biscuits. The location was amazing, even at 21 weeks pregnant we were walking distance to the main area of Windermere. On site parking was also very welcomed. Overall the staff made the stay great. They were extremely welcoming and nothing seemed too much trouble. We usually aren’t overly fussed about hosts or self check in, however found the friendly staff to really benefit this place. When we were checking out we were even shown 2 other of the apartments and can say we will definitely be returning and booking into those rooms!

It would be helpful to have had a warning on the height of some of the ceilings and beams in the love snug. My partner is 6 ft 3 and hit his head in the morning coming out of the bathroom. We also found the bed a little small, although we are used to a super king this is likely not the average view and down to personal preference.

Very spacious, outside balcony seating area, outside hot tub, indoor spa bathroom! Ideal location, free onsite parking.

Great location Staff very attentive Amazing rooms Great value for money

Location was ideal Staff was friendly

We were told after checking in that the hot tub tv wasnt working and were not offered anything as compensation, maybe a complimentary breakfast would have sufficed. Broken/uneven bathroom floor tile, and sauna shower room didnt work properly.
