Breakfast and service were great.
The apartment parking lot couldn’t fit a big car like Volvo xc90, so we had to park further away.

Very close to Bowness just a few minutes walk
Alarm went off next door at 3.10am extremely loud. We quickly got dressed and waited instructions to where assembly point was. No information pertaining to what to do in case of fire. Nothing happened and no one came. Eventually after 30 min + the alarm stopped. We continued to wait and wait obviously no one was coming to advise if everything alright. We got back to bed at 4.45am but could not sleep worrying about if everything was OK. Spoke to reception in the morning they knew nothing said would check with night shift. Following day nothing said no one came to us to explain so asked and it was someone smoking in extremely room. Very unhappy with how this was handled and no compensation offered for the very bad night. Not good
