GREAT LOCATION ! was a little sad they didn’t have the onsen open but I definitely understand. Other than that, great location, great staff and I will be staying here the next time I’m in Japan.

The staffs are all wonderful. I booked the Naruto room through their own website and the extension room through there (ie i will have to checkout from the Naruto room and check in to the new room the next day.)
Everything was executed perfectly by the staff!
I just need to leave my luggage in the Naruto room when I check out and go on my itinerary for the day and they moved them for me to the new room.
The front desk staff automatically offered to allow me to check in to the new room before 3pm without me asking.
The whole experience was really good especially the Naruto room.
