Avis et évaluations
Avis vérifiés à 100 %8 / 10Excellent·oct. 2026
The views of Lake Kawaguchiko are wonderful. The hotel has a free shuttle from train station to hotel. Nice onsen and breakfast buffet.
It is an expensive accommodation.
10 / 10Remarquable·oct. 2026
Loved the onsen facilities and the 7th floor observatory. Also the restaurant had amazing views on one side to Mt Fuji and to the other side Lake Kawaguchiko.
Hotel is an excellent base and is very quiet and calm.
Food was excellent (no complaints) but we stayed fir 3 nights and found it a bit repetitive in terms of options.

Slightly dated but has a old school charm
Not enough lifts

The location.
The service, not welcoming. Price is expensive for its room quality.
