The staff was very kind and helpful, it was my birthday, so they were even kinder! The room as big, with the most amazing view of Fuji. Everything very clean the hot spring was very nice.

Beautiful view of mt Fuji with traditional Japanese style rooms. Bike rentals included with room when available. Perfect location to travel around lake and go to and from main train station

The view from our room was amazing; the breakfast was nice. We did not have dinner, but we did reserve the private onsen, which was great. The staff was also very attentive and polite.

A well appointed boutique hotel with a direct view on Mt Fuji. The lobby area is outstanding with artwork and books, giving it a museum feeling. The room was somewhat basic but the balcony with the Mt Fuji view was a great addition. Wonderful public and private onsen experience (it’s not an open air onsen). Staff are welcoming and warm. They offer shuttles to the town and train station. I wish we had stayed longer!
