Hotel Noborisaka

NO BREAKFAST THERE. VERY VERY VERY DISAPPOINTING.

Food facilities terrible. Restaurant open only 10 am-5pm. Very poor effort.

I stayed at multiple hotels during my Japan trip, Hotel Noborisaka was easily my favourite. I had an excellent experience here and would definitely book again on my next visit to Mount Fuji and Kawaguchiko. The hotel is situated a little farther away from Kawaguchiko Station (河口湖駅), but I actually preferred it that way. Being slightly removed from the main tourist transportation hub allowed me to experience more of the local neighbourhood and enjoy a different side of Kawaguchiko. The hotel itself is quite large and offers plenty of convenient amenities, including an on-site onsen for guests, coin-operated laundry facilities, and drink vending machines. I stayed in a single room, which was comfortable and equipped with the standard amenities you would expect from a Japanese business hotel. Another highlight is the surrounding area. The hotel is conveniently located near a Lawson convenience store, Daiso, and several local restaurants, including conveyor-belt sushi. Having these shops and dining options within walking distance made the location especially convenient, whether I needed to grab a quick meal, pick up supplies, or simply explore the neighbourhood. The hotel staff were friendly, helpful, and accommodating. They also provide luggage forwarding services, which was particularly useful when travelling between multiple cities in Japan. Overall, I genuinely enjoyed my stay at Hotel Noborisaka. Between the spacious hotel facilities, excellent amenities, helpful staff, and convenient location surrounded by local businesses, it offered everything I needed for a comfortable and enjoyable visit. The 247 front desk is amazing. Of all the hotels I stayed at during my two-week Japan trip, this one stood out as the best. I would absolutely stay here again on my next visit to Mount Fuji!

Room size is bit bigger than other hotel in Japan,(I had twin room). Public Onsen is very clean and nice. Plenty of parking space and it is free.

Some issue with room but solved at lastly.

The location was fantastic! The lake was only 9 minutes away by car.

The beds and pillows were extremely uncomfortable considering the price of the place. The double bed size was good for two, but it felt like we were sleeping on a rock (and we are used to hostels).
