Location was excellent, staff was very helpful, communicative and helped make the stay as good as it could be.

Giuseppe was very friendly and helpful, and his guidance made finding the apartment very easy. The room was very clean, and the location was excellent, right in the center of Florence.
The only downside was the street noise, which made it a little difficult to sleep. However, this is understandable considering how busy Florence can be during the high season.

Great location right in the centre of Florence. Giuseppe provided brilliant instructions for a late arrival and offered support or information each day. Room was cleaned every day. Best part was stepping off the traditional busy street after a long day sightseeing.
The only problem was street noise late at night.

Location close to Duomo and train station.
Room had broken window (hinge at top of window detached), small shower and tea kettle that did not work. Noisy in middle of night - perhaps from the broken window?
