Spectacular location right in front of the Circus Maximus in a wonderful old and traditional building that has been converted. The originality of the location has been retained with modern furnishings and enhancements and a really wonderful stay.
Minor items, but the bidet didn't drain properly (I had to do some minor clothes washing) as someone had damaged or disconnected the drain plug system and this was not fixed and and the drain in the shower was also broken and loose.

Fantastic accommodation in a brilliant location. Walking distance to all attractions and train stations but feels like it is in a quiet area without the noise of the busy city. Lovely room and courtyard with colosseum/ roman feel. Very friendly and attentive staff. Would come back and would recommend.
There was nothing about the hotel we didn’t like. The first day we noticed our air con unit wasn’t working so we mentioned it to reception. They got someone to fix it straight away and even offered to get our breakfast. We declined this as didn’t feel like we needed anything, to later return in the evening to a complementary bottle of Prosecco and snacks. It was a lovely surprise.

It's a shame the hotel doesn't have a bar/serve drinks as the courtyard is wasted and would be lovely to sit and have a drink there

The noise from the people in the courtyard below was unbearable. We had to shut the window and turn the air conditioner. Loud talking and noise went on to late in the night....
