The property was well located for the port - we had a ferry booked for Amalfi the next day. It was very clean with a good shower

The room wax in what appears to be an office block. Access was a little complicated. The pillows were very hard and neither of us slept well. The room is tiny and the coffee maker is outside. The bed frame had a chunk missing g from it

The property is exactly as listed, very clean, very comfortable bedding, it’s great for transportation especially it’s a short walk from the ferries. They offer the option to arrange a taxi to the airport if you need. It is a bit farther from the center but still walkable. It’s on a main street but quiet at night and with a lovely view from the Pontano and La Loggia bedrooms. The communication is quick and friendly. The location will suit your needs for a short stay or if you need a communicative spot for access to ferries and airport. The building could be a bit confusing but they explain thoroughly how to access the rooms. The price is absolutely reasonable for the comfort it provides.

We had a very pleasant stay overall. The location was excellent, the host was very friendly, and the cleaning lady was absolutely lovely. Our room was modern, comfortable, and spotlessly clean.

Unfortunately, there was one very disappointing experience at the end of our stay. The host kindly arranged an airport transfer for us at 6:30 a.m., which we really appreciated, and the taxi arrived on time. However, since the host had chosen and booked the taxi company for us, we naturally assumed that it would be a reliable and trustworthy service. A taxi to the airport normally costs around €30, but we were charged an unbelievable €58.50. The reasons given were the early departure time and the fact that we had a suitcase, which in our opinion absolutely did not justify almost doubling the usual fare. As there were no other taxis around and we had a flight to catch, we had no realistic choice but to pay the excessive amount. Of course, the host is not directly responsible for the taxi company’s pricing. However, when a host arranges an airport transfer for their guests, you expect them to use a trustworthy company and to help guests avoid exactly this kind of situation. For future guests, I would therefore recommend arranging your own taxi and allowing enough extra time in case you need to refuse an unreasonable fare and find another one. Despite being very happy with the accommodation itself, I would definitely not have an airport transfer arranged through the host again.
