Park Inn by Radisson Meriton Conference & Spa Hotel Tallinn

Good value for money.

Not the hotels fault but belligerent drunk old Finnish men abusing staff wasn’t a great experience. So maybe consider security in the future

Bathroom excellent, large with a very good shower. Pool and sauna facilities very good. Good sized room for the price and a good breakfast.

Hotel very tired and dated and in need of refurbishment. With a couple of exceptions staff were a little offhand and distracted.

The usual good selection of food. Quiet room. Good water pressure. Having a bathtub makes for a nice change.

Feedback/suggestions: There should be more than one pillow and two blankets for a large bed. Each guest should have their own blanket. There could be a hotel discount for parking in the underground garage.

Near the old town.

Pictures of the selected room didn't match what I booked. This might be a problem with booking.com or the hotel. It seems this happens a lot with booking.com. We had to change room twice before even satisfactory results. Staff at the hotel reception were OK but they I feel they could have done much more. I very rearly give negative feedback but this visit was quite bad. Also the hotel advertises it self as a spa hotel but the spa was closed "contemporary" during our visit and no notification was given from booking.com nor the hotel before arriving. Needless to say, this was very unsatisfactory experience.
