Excellent view from the top room, very clean and spacious. Taste breakfast and a large variety of food. The staff were kind and helpful. We highly recommend visiting the KGB Museum. It was a great experience, all the stories told by the tour guide were mind-blowing.
We got a breakfast bag because we had to leave early. It was good in general, but the brownie was too sweet and heavy. I'd suggest something lighter than a brownie for breakfast.

Amazingly spacious and cosy family room with all the facilities including a potty for the little one. That was really appreciated.

The hotel is located in the center of Tallinn, within walking distance of the Old Town, shopping centers, and a cinema. The rooms are spacious, and the beds are comfortable. There are great views over Tallinn, especially if you get a room on one of the upper floors. The breakfast offers a good variety of options, and there is plenty of seating available. The Wi-Fi connection is stable, although not particularly fast (around 10–12 Mbps). The staff is friendly, and both check-in and check-out are quick and efficient.
The hotel needs renovation. The room's furniture is quite old and worn, and there was an unpleasant smell, like in an old apartment. The drain in the bathroom was clogged and did not work properly. The tables in the breakfast area were also noticeably worn, with lots of chips and marks.

Broken heating and aircon for all 3 nights. No room cleaning, towel change or tea/coffee whole stay.
