Very friendly and helpful staff, great location and facilities. They even surprised me with a bottle of Prosecco on my birthday which was a lovely surprise.

מלון נחמד, עיצוב החדרים ישן מאוד ולא מודרני, אבל ידענו מראש. לקחנו מתחם משפחתי- שני חדרים מקושרים, היה לנו הרבה מקום לחמישה איש. זה המלון היחיד שמצאנו שמתאים למשפחה בפוריו במחיר סביר. היתרון במלון הוא שיש מתחם של מספר בריכות תרמיות עם מים חמימים ונעימים כולל הבריכה המרכזית שגם ילדים יכולים להיכנס לשם, כך שמאוד נהנינו בבריכות, המקום עם צמחיה יפה ונוף מדהים. הרבה קשישים מגיעים לשם באופן קבוע, המלון נעים ושקט, חובה כובע ים. ארוחת בוקר נחמדה. המארחת מקסימה ומאוד שירותית, עזרה לנו בכל דבר שביקשנו. פארק פוסידון קרוב לשם מאוד, אנחנו בילינו יום שלם בנגומבו כיוון שילדים יכולים להיכנס לכל הבריכות התרמיות.

חדרים מאוד ישנים, דורשים שיפוץ.

This was our 2nd visit. The location is excellent and the hotel, its rooms, pools and amenities are great.

The bar service can be improved. Beers come out warm. Staff refused to provide ice to cool it down. That is not acceptable for the price you charge us to stay there. The TV is lacking main channels. I wanted to watch the world cup but the channel was not available.

The location was 2 minutes away from many buses included 172 and 171 that drop you off in the main areas of the island including Ischia Porto, Forio, etc.

It’s very much a 3 star hotel, the AC is turned off from 9am-2pm so if you want to stay in your room, the fan is your only solace on a burning hot day. The internet is very spotty, almost unusable and there is no proper kitchen so no dinner on site.
