Civic Horizon Hotel & Residence

I really like the location. Ekkamai is a very cool area, the hotel is super close to the BTS and of course there are a number of 7-Elevens nearby for your needs. The staff are very welcoming and friendly, the breakfast at Cafe Nara is a great start to the day and the pool is quite a feature. The Thai Boat Noodle restaurant is great, there's also a Korean BBQ place as well but I didn't try it, next time. I would love to stay again.

The property was great. Rooms were massive. Staff were very friendly.

Location was a little far out for us personally but that’s ours choice of location. Breakfast was limited but good.

The hotel charged us additional fees for extra bed sheets, asked us to leave our room due to a language misunderstanding, and required us to leave our luggage in the lobby area. Despite staying at the hotel for three nights, we were no longer permitted to use any hotel facilities after 12:30 on our departure day. Very pour or inexistent service in the breakfast area, having staff having conversations between each other at all times. Unfortunately, the level of service provided by the staff was unacceptable on several occasions. In particular, Mr. Phat was repeatedly disrespectful during our stay, especially on the final day. We believe management should carefully review these incidents and reinforce the basic principles of customer service, professionalism, and guest respect. We will for sure never visit this hotel again, and recommend you not to do so.
