Stayed here for the second time after many years and the service has not faltered. Lovely rooms, great bathroom products, super helpful and endlessly friendly staff, comfy beds, fantastic location. And the snacks! The snacks!!

Nice boutique hotel with delicious food coffee shop. Close to BTS and many restaurants and bars around. Recommended.

Love the staff and also the corner room is fab and also esthetically pleasing. Breakfast was amazing

Sometimes the Staff is being too restricted so it was not able to offer a 5 star service

The location was great and the staff were kind and friendly. The hotel was on a goos street, very close to the BTS and near restaurants and shops. The hotel itself was attractive and clean. The rooms are relatively quiet.

The room was a terrible design. With almost no space to get in and out of the bed. The bed was so close to the closet that you can't fully open the cupboard door and the draws inside can't function. A real issue for me with a high end expensive hotel - the TV's are not smart. This is inexcusable. It's not the year 2000. TV's need Netflix access etc. The chancel barely functioned so it was a waste of space. Finally - and worst of all - the toilet had no spray gun. Something that is not ok in Thailand. It's a shame, because I'm trying to find a hotel to stay in regularly in Bangkok... but this cannot be it.
